United Bus Service Ltd.

United Bus Service ltd (UBS) was incorporated in Mauritius on 5 February 1954 to operate in the local bus industry.

It was listed on the Development & Enterprise Market of the SEM on 4 August 2006. Its registered office and principal place of business is situated at Les Cassis, Port Louis. UBS has been restructured in January 2013 and has transferred its fleet operation to a new identity UBS Transport ltd (UBST).
